The Flint Hills Regional Council serves its 19 member jurisdictions and is the administrator of the seven-county Flint Hills Economic Development District (FHEDD).
The Flint Hills Economic Development District includes Chase, Geary, Lyon, Morris, Pottawatomie, Riley and Wabaunsee Counties.
