FHRC Brownfields Revolving Loan & Grant Fund Application
The applicant shall complete this entire form, sign, and provide the requested supporting documentation. Applicant is notified that the information contained herein will be utilized by Flint Hills Regional Council, Inc.(FHRC), and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to determine whether the Applicant and Project meet threshold eligibility qualifications of EPA’s Brownfield Revolving Loan Fund Program. Applicant shall attach additional pages if necessary to achieve full disclosure of the information sought.
