Janna Williams, FHRC Regional Planner, addresses funding opportunities for meeting economic and community development, regional and environmental planning and hazard mitigation needs of the region. She is responsible for implementation of the Flint Hills Region Comprehensive Economic Development Strategies initiative. Janna also monitors economic and housing trends in the region and their relationship to the workforce, economic development, and housing opportunities of local communities.
Prior to joining the organization in February 2017, her extensive career includes planning, design and facilities/project management. She graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture and a Certificate in Geographic Systems. Additionally, Janna served as an Assistant City Planner in Stillwater, Oklahoma before joining the Division of Agriculture at Oklahoma State University as a statewide Facilities and Project Manager.
